Although the hotel is located deep inside, there is a yellow bus passing by to The Mall Ngamwongwan and Pantip Plaza for 10 baht, which is quite convenient. The room is nice, the air conditioning is cool, and the bed is neither soft nor hard. The male staff who checked in provided good service and allowed us to leave our luggage.

The hotel is ok just for a night of business. The room is clean with a minimum amenity, better prepare your own toiletries. I find that the hotel is isolated from community, be aware of walking to 7/11 at night.

Not bad for the price it's only around $10 for one night. It is also my second time here but I booked in another Website, however, I feel like this trip.com have a better deals. 

The location is very convenient for taxi to pick up the passenger. It's also very well service, we have the refrigerator broken and the repairman come to fix it immediately. Breakfast is really delicious.

The room design is simple and stylish, the floor-to-ceiling windows have a wide view, and the bedding is soft and comfortable for a good night's sleep. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, the quality of toiletries is beyond expectations, and the details are attentive. The hotel is very conveniently located, a 5-minute walk to the subway station, and surrounding dining and shopping are all available. I especially like the 24-hour gym and the infinity pool on the rooftop. It's so healing to get up in the morning while swimming and watching the sunrise over the city! The breakfast is rich in variety, and the freshly cooked local specialty noodles are endless. When checking out, the waiter took the initiative to help carry the luggage and gave a beautiful souvenir. This accommodation experience completely exceeded expectations. I strongly recommend it to friends who are traveling for business and vacation. I will definitely choose it again next time I come to this city!

- Noisy Air Conditioner – The air conditioner was extremely loud, and even after adjusting the fan speed, the noise level remained the same. This made it difficult to sleep. - Traffic Noise from the Road – Being on the 18th floor, I could still hear traffic noise from Rattanathibet Road throughout the night, which was quite disruptive. - Disturbance by Hotel Staff – On 3pm-4pm, a hotel technician kept knocking on my door repeatedly and even attempted to have housekeeping open my room. I assume there was a misunderstanding regarding room numbers, but this caused unnecessary inconvenience and concern. - Inconvenient Bathroom Setup – In the wet zone of the bathroom, there was only a soap dish designed for bar soap, despite the hotel providing liquid soap. This made it inconvenient to use the provided amenities.
