Hotel location is good. Opposite Grand Batam Mall and Penin morning market .Rain shower is good.
the room has only coffee machine but no kettle . Also , the pillows does not feel comfortable as it does not hug the head . Pillow feels like a balloon.

Great service ,always have an eye on their customers.
Location of the hotel is great , walking distance to alm the famous restaurant around. The hotel's facilities are all quite new and love the design. Clean and neat. But one thing I dislike about here is their slippers provided were not one-time use , and its not clean... Other than that everything else is prefect.

Good location. Grand Batam Mall is just opposite. Short walk (ard 5mins) to A2 foodcount and Batam City Square.
Hotel room condition is good considering is only 1.5 years since opening.

Very near grand Batam mall , walking distance within 10mins . Room overall clean but still got some stains on bedsheets and pillow cover . 1 of the room aircon not very strong.

This is my first time staying at the hotel. The location is good, near to Grand Batam Mall, BCS Mall, A2 Food Court and Penuim market
The hotel is clean and spacious, service is good. Good value for money. Strongly recommemded.
