1. Good place & room with swimming pool. The staffs were all super friendly & with good service.
2. However the cleanliness was hard to comment. You can find hairs almost everywhere.
3. We went back around 12am in the 2nd night, can you imagine only got cold water to take shower...

It was a big mistake. The hotel facilities are old. The hygiene is really worrying. The bed covers, quilt covers and pillow covers are all dirty. They are still very obviously dirty. I called the waiter to change them and they were still just as dirty. Not to mention the towels. The whole room is also full of old dirt. I went there for 1,000 a night on the weekend, and the facilities and hygiene are not even as good as those of a budget hotel. The attitude of the staff is still okay.

I took the package for spa and a day stay in this villa. The staff, food, vibe in the villa is awesome. 5 stars to that.
The spa on the other hand, horrendous. The staff in the spa made me feel unwelcome, and acted like the package I signed up for was a chore. The massages wasn’t comfortable, locks were not working, lack of privacy etc. These packages were a 2x the average price of packages you get from professional spa providers in Batam. I expected more, way more for packages this expensive, but instead gotten way lesser than the industry standard.

It was an enjoyable stay, though I would think it’s more suited for friends / couples than families as the waters while beautiful was quite scary for young kids running around, especially during rainy seasons. The music was quite loud too on the weekends especially from the cafes behind so if you are a light sleeper, the 2 bedrooms are definitely not most suitable. Breakfast spread was very basic as well. However the tub is very big. The pool was quite deep so the young one couldn’t enjoy it. But the staff were friendly and nice.

Breakfast in pool was fun. Amenities still ok. Just the loud music from De'Sands the property has to do something about it. Mosquito repellant recommended.

We had awesome service..we booked 3dys two night...but end up we book one day extra over the counter because we really love the place ...good service n people around there
