When calling to make a reservation, the staff quickly answered and hung up. The answer was unclear. We called 3 times and did not get the answer we wanted. On the day we went to stay, we met the person who answered the phone that day. We could not find the entrance to the accommodation and the parking lot, so we asked my boyfriend to go down and look. My boyfriend went to ask the fat receptionist who looked like a giant (really looked like a giant, with a fierce face and long, hard eyes). When we went to ask if this place was Matmee, the answer was just yes, no, no follow-up questions, no service mind. We asked where we could park our car. The parking lot was full when we were waiting next to the accommodation. The answer we got was abruptly “no”. I wondered if you were going to chase away the guests. If we did not book the accommodation, we would have gone to find another place to stay. But we had already booked. There was no advice or help to solve the problem at all. Before we went to ask this staff member, we called the owner of the accommodation at the number provided on trip.com, which gave us the number to contact the receptionist. But we called and could not get through, so we went to contact them ourselves. My boyfriend told the staff member that he had called several times and could not get through. The staff member shouted at us, saying that he was sitting here and no one had called. We were shocked and asked why they were talking like that. So we told them that we had called the owner, and the staff member changed his words and quickly said that there was parking. If you don't tell us and call the owner, they probably just ignore us and don't care about the customers. But when we asked how to get to the parking area, they pointed to the door and told us to come this way. Since we're not a local, we didn't know which way to get in. Later, when we drove in, we happened to meet the owner. The owner provided good service and was lovely. He told us to park right away. We parked right away. Then the owner took us to the reception. The staff's attitude changed completely.
