It's fine for a night. Doesn't have AC only fan. There are many mosquitos but at least there is a net over the bed. The bathroom is shared and again many mosquitos. Staff are friendly. Good location

It’s a home stay kinda thing. The room I booked in doesn’t have bathroom in it but have to go to the ground floor for bathroom. It’s pretty reasonable for the price. They have a dining place next to the river which gives you an amazing view. The stuffs are nice and speaks very good english. The coffee and tea are so good but it’s not free(don’t worry it’s cheap). Doesn’t have air conditioner in my room it has two fans but one was enough for me.
The environment gives you a natural vibe.

Located right on the banks of the Mekong
Old-fashioned hotel in a small garden, nice
Can be very noisy because you hear absolutely everything that happens outside the bungalow or in the adjoining bungalow
If children play loudly on the swing, you will not be able to rest or read in peace.
If your neighbor spends his time on the phone or watching a series, you hear everything.
So it all depends on the neighborhood: super quiet or very annoying
We had booked a room with a large bed, we had 2 small ones adjoining
