เวลามาทำงานในตัวเมืองหนองคายชอบพักโรงแรมนี้มากเพราะราคาย่อมเยาอยู่ใกล้สถานสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวห้างสรรพสินค้าใกล้เมืองใกล้สถานีรถเดินทางระหว่างอุดรธานีกับจังหวัดหนองคายและสามารถนั่งแก๊ปไปสะพานมิตรภาพไทยลาวแห่งที่หนึ่งประมาณ 10 ถึง 15 นาทีก็ถึงด่านแล้วสะดวกสบายมากแต่บางทีห้องมีกลิ่นอาจจะคอกน้ำหรือบางทีน้ำยาก็มีกลิ่นแต่ก็เหมาะสมกับราคาดีในราคา 590 บาทถ้าสั่งผ่านทิพย์แต่ถ้าไปจ่ายวอล์คอิน 550 บาท
