The hotel staff were friendly and it was nice that it was not too bad to go to the center of Paris ^^ There were a few places to eat nearby and it was okay.

The location is very good. It is very convenient when you go out to sightseeing. Many good restaurants are nearby. The area is clean.

The shower drain was poor.
Also, there is an extra charge for replacing towels, so you have to send them to the laundry.
It was comfortable, and the location was good as it was close to metro line 1.
