When I tried to check in, I was told that I had not yet paid for the room, even though I had already paid for it. It turned out that the hotel had overlooked the reservation form that Trip.com had sent. The receptionist at the time was very uncooperative and just said she didn't know.

Breakfast wasn't good. The rolls were stale, the eggs were already peeled and cold, unfortunately not up to the standard you'd expect from this hotel chain.

Réservation pour 1 nuit avant notre sejour a disneyland en famille. Chambre minuscule pour 4 (2 adultes /2enfants) une odeur mal-odorante(canalisation) 1 serviettes de toilette pour 4. Fenetre tres mal isolé, l air passé et on a entendu tte la nuit ce qui se passer dans la rue.une chose est sur c'est que ibis budget plus jamais .

Very clean hotel, comfortable beds. Despite having a problem with the room's toilet, the staff was very pleasant and understanding despite the late hour. The breakfast was very good, check-in and check-out were perfect! The prices are very reasonable. I recommend this hotel.

Upon arrival around 8 p.m. after a long drive, the heating in our room was broken. After complaining repeatedly to reception, we were repeatedly told that a technician would arrive immediately, but this never happened. Terrible customer service. I made a mistake by canceling a non-refundable, having another active reservation with them I asked for the pleasure of re-establishing the reservation having already paid for it but they did not want to do it. So I also canceled the other one, that they use medicines, for 150 euros they lost another 170 and I will speak badly of them with anyone.

Really rude staff member
Some of the staff were really rude to us. They promised air condition, but one staff member kept explaining that there was not such thing. She got really mad to me. With other staff member we got air condition working for the whole hotel since it was disabled remotely.
Also we were promised a free breakfast, but the rude staff member kept saying there was no such thing.. only for one of our family member. I showed the reservation to the nicer staff member and he said ok to free breakfast.
I really did not understand why one of the staff members were really rude to us. She did not bother figure out things... just said no. Never again.
