Das Hotel liegt schön gelegen mitten im Wald. Innert fünf Minuten ist man zu Fuss am wunderschönen Plage des Dames. Unser Zimmer hatte eine gute Grösse mit einer kleinen Terasse. Die Betten waren bequem. Das Badezimmer war durchschnittlich gross und sauber. Das Frühstück am Morgen wurde serviert und war fein.

Completely unfriendly owner, family unfriendly, hostile to foreigners! We had booked a 5-day stay with our one-year-old son in June. When we arrived we were looked at in surprise and not greeted. The owner mumbled something about not wanting children and he didn't have a cot. My husband and I then considered changing hotels, but then he suddenly found a cot and said rudely that it would be an extra charge of 15 euros. In fact, on the day of the billing, he then asked for an additional 15 euros per day! When we then wanted to refuse to pay this exorbitant price, he even threatened to call the police because he pulled out on some prospect that a third person always had to pay this surcharge. But that wasn't all: when we asked on the first day if we could have dinner in the restaurant, he replied snippy: no, all reserved. ( and it was low season) when we asked if there was a table another night in the next 7 days he countered again: all complete. When we walked past the restaurant on the way to our room every evening, we found that there were still a lot of tables free. And the next day, when the owner showed the hotel to French people who asked at short notice if there was any accommodation for them, he actually asked them if they would like to have dinner! Never experienced such an unfriendly host! The only friendly people at this Hotel was the cleaning personal.

Accueil chaleureux par les propriétaires. Tout est parfait : le cadre exceptionnel , le petit déjeuner , le restaurant , les chambres ….. Nous avons ressenti un grand professionnalisme de la part de toute l’equipe . Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement 👍

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour à l'Hôtel des Prateaux. Le parking privé est un plus. L'endroit est calme et reposant, avec un accès direct et rapide aux plages par les sentiers du Bois De La Chaise. La chambre est propre, bonne literie L'accueil est très sympathique et le service bien agréable. Merci au chef pour le dîner créatif et les produits frais. Le petit déjeuner est excellent également et bien complet. Hâte de tenter à nouveau l'expérience.

Situation idéale au calme dans le bois de la Chaise. Nous avons choisi une grande chambre en rez de chaussée avec une terrasse , donnant sur le jardin. Propreté irréprochable, bonne literie . Petit déjeuner classique, copieux avec du pain et de viennoiseries exceptionnels. Nous n'avons pas testé le restaurant fermé à cette saison

nous étions venus il y a quelques années et c'était très correct ,chaleureux et les prix abordables! cette années c'est tout l'inverse! les patrons fatigués , le personnel de chambres catastrophique et le café à réveillé un mort! quand à la propretéde la chambre..........

Pour la troisième année, nous réservons à l' Hôtel Les Prateaux. Un accueil très chaleureux, des chambres impeccables, repas de très grande qualité. Nous ne pouvons que remercier Monsieur Olivier et Madame Laëtitia pour leur amabilité et leur aide précieuse. Nous espérons pouvoir encore profiter de cet environnement remarquable et la prochaine fois ne pas rester en panne sur l'auto route avant d'arriver. Merci encore.

Hôtel très peu professionnel. J'ai appelé le 4 septembre 2024 à 15h37 pour contacter quelqu'un du service commercial afin d'obtenir un devis pour un séminaire. Voici la réponse que j'ai reçue : "Il n'y a pas de service commercial", avant de me faire raccrocher au nez ! Je suis bien contente de ne pas avoir contribué au chiffre d'affaires d'un établissement aussi peu aimable, avec un tel manque de professionnalisme.
