Terrific experience. All good since I checked in. Please maintain this standard of your services. Room sizes are spacious. Hotel staffs are very cordial. Neighbouring areas are very clean. Roads nearby are reasonably wide and well maintained.

"disappointed with the lack of response and service. My early check-in request was ignored, leaving me stranded for 7 hours after a 48-hour flight. Had my email been addressed, i could have canceled and avoided extra costs. This experience has been frustrating, with no refund or support provided. I urge to improve guest communication and service.
