The staff was very kind and helpful. Special mention to the Guest Relations Manager Khushboo who assisted me during my stay with anything I needed. The room was big and very nice, with a very comfortable king-size bed. The gym is a bit small big but good enough for basic exercises after long working days. They also have a basic spa. And an amazing massage service too! I only don't rate it 5 stars because there was an intermittent issue with the wi-fi during half of the days I was there, which was inconvenient for a business trip. It was my second time in that hotel and I'd come back again. David.

I stayed there for a week. I'm not crazy about the interior design, but it's always a question of individual taste. Breakfast offer, especially on the request, hot dishes, is very nice. Staff in general is very attentive, it can be sometimes a bit tiring, but I highly appreciate the fact that hotel offered a driver that took me and my colleague to the exchange and helped handle the whole transaction. Rooms are clean and spacious. Room service people take their jobs seriously (thanks Surender and Tush), however, I had to ask 2 times to have power outlets fixed when they stopped working suddenly (fixing took 5 minutes and waiting for it to be done a whole day). There is live piano music every evening and it offers nice background for cocktails or dinner in Indian restaurant on the first floor (delicious naans). I used airport transfer offered by hotel and it worked well. It's probably hard to find a place free of traffic noise in India, but the street in front of this hotel is not the busiest and Mall of India is just next door, so you can go shopping on foot.

The Margarita pizza with burrata was so yummy, Murgh tikka was tender and went well with the mint sauce. Perfectly cooked butter chicken and the flavor was amazing. Thank you Mr. Ravi, Mr. Kunal, Mr. Suraj, Ashish, Neeraj Ashish for the hospitality. Chef Ravi kudos to you and your kitchen team for lovely food.

Genuine feedback after multiple stays PROS: Staff and overall management is very helpful at any time. Location is best. Always felt safe and secure during my all stays. Food is good CONS: Property is old need renovation at many places(room carpets, wallpapers, taps, tiles and many more). Old TV sets with fix channel's cable network, unable to see or cast your likes. Thus difficult to relax in room especially on weekends. No complimentary services for frequent guests even if you book premier room for long stays. In restaurant plates, tables , table mats were unclean many times need to be check by the manager everytime a day. Apart from this as said most of the staff was helpful always except some who are really slow or doesn't want to help. Anyways good wishes to Radisson Blu MBD & looking forward for some improvements in coming future.

From the moment I sat down to leaving I was never kept waiting. I had the Chura Matar for a light and healthy quick breakfast. The house black coffee was a premium roast. Table service was superb. Never was kept waiting and the team assisting was very accommodating. Would order again. Thanks Ajy.

The customer service was top-notch. I felt safe and secure as a first time visitor to India the hotel was very clean. The housekeeping on the fifth floor were very good. I use the gym every day and it had everything you needed from a Smith machine cable machine, dumbbells, and cardio equipment, plus it had a sauna the included buffet. Breakfast was very excellent specially as a first time eating Indian food. I even tried their dinner, and there was a variety a very delicious Indian food. Utilized the hotel transportation during my stay and our driver Vinod was very excellent and an experienced driver. I would like to one-day bring my family to India and stay at this hotel.
