CHECKED IN ON 13TH APRIL LATE EVENING . I SAW THE FOLLOWING IN MY ROOM
1.) THE ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN .
2.) THE HOT WATER KETTLE HAD DIRT
3. SECOND DAY AT 11.30 PM THE A.C. STOPPED WORKING SO HAD TO CHANGE THE ROOM.
4. NO DISPLAY OF TELEPJONE NUMBERS FOR CALLING THE RECEPTION, HOUSE KEEPING. THE NUMBERS DISPLAYED WERE DIFFERENT .
5. NO DENTAL KIT , NO DOOR MAT FOR BATHROOM HAD TO ASK FOR EVERYTHING.
6. WHEN I ASKED WHY THIS POOR SERVICE GOT A WEIRD ANSWER THAT LEMON TREE HAS JUST PURCHASED THIS PROPERTY FEW MONTHS BACK AND IS UNDER GOING FENOVATION . IF THIS IS THE REASON WHY ARE TAKING RESERVATIONS AND PUTTING GUESTS AT INCOVENIENCE.

The experience at the hotel lemon tree Noida sector 1 was good, the ac stopped but they immediately changed the room and it was pleasant..even the breakfast was yumm

This is the worst stay i have experienced. Facilities mentioned at the time of booking is not provided at hotel. A. C. Is not working. No safe is available blankets and pillow covers are not clean. No shampoo is provided. Instead of king size bed 2 sprate bed is given. And when i asked to cancel booking then hotel told me it is not possible now.

Good exp. At the stay. Location of the hotel is excellent. Metro is near by to sector 15 food is average. Ridham were excellent adviser in assisting the customer on the reception.

This has to be the worst kept Lemon tree ever , The hotel is dirtier than a road side dhaba , no valet , no doorman and the smelliest room ever . when asked to change the room staff said it was the best they have , extra bed requested was a filthy mattress thrown on the ground . couldn't stay there for more than 30 minutes. Had to move to another hotel as spending a night in this hotel meant nothing less than spending a night in a garbage dump . The worst experience ever , Lemon tree is dead of this is what they have to offer in 2025 . Pathetic and the dirtiest place ever . Definitely a place where Next pandemic is going to start from . Disgusting
