Service is very late, tea if you order comes after several reminders, only the reception and front is decorated to attract customers but very simple rooms, old water fittings, it's not value for money, what ever price we paid, we could have got the same type of hotel room in half the price. Overall a very poor experience. It should be rated 1/2 star out of 5

The marks hotel is very basic hotel, which won’t cost more than 2500 but mmt charged us 8000 per room per day which is way higher for the room. As per 2000 marks hotel is average what they delivered old and small rooms slightly painted

The hotel's outdoor ambiance is poor, the rooms are average and not worth the price, and the breakfast options are quite limited.

Not worth the money, the room is really basic and had molds in the room. The checkin was difficult, they didn’t have any records of our booking. Receptionist seemed clueless, and after a hassled exchange of details they gave a room in an old building with no proper amenities and damp walls. Reception team really needs a proper etiquette and communication training - really don’t know how to talk.
