Es un excelente parador, con arquitectura, gastronomía y entorno. La única pega es que en invierno no hay crucero por el Sil, pero obviamente no es culpa del establecimiento. Un actor-monje nos explicó la historia del monasterio y nos deleito con una queimada. Para repetir.

Ein Kritikpunkt gibt es. Das Badezimmer ist bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ansonsten stimmt in diesem Hotel einfach alles. Das Personal ist ausnahmslos freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Essen im wunderschönen Restaurant eine fantastische Erfahrung. Das Ambiente insgesamt einfach etwas besonderes und mystisches.
