登別不大，這酒店就在中間位置，出門樓梯下就是一條小商業街，葯粧店，超市，餐館，小吃店……都有，右手邊就是間歇泉，右轉上坡就是地獄谷，離熊樂園也超級近，酒店很大，裏面也有商店和幾個餐廳和大的温泉室，我們選的榻榻米房，房間裏還準備了日式浴袍，穿着去泡温泉很有儀式感，也有很多客人穿着去吃早餐，我們住的第一天下雪了第二天醒來外面銀裝素裹，太美了！酒店服務也很好，很滿意

There was no Welcome drink, and the hotel didn't even provide warm water when it was -2 degrees and snowing. The service was superficial, but there was no attentiveness or consideration. Everything seemed to be just a formality. A five-star hotel is indeed a bit disappointing

飯店位置非常方便，大浴場很大很多池可以泡湯，還有露天風呂，櫃檯有各種語言的服務人員。這次選的是日式房間，房間雖然有點老舊但是正統日式風格晚上還有專人鋪好床墊，晚餐自助餐種類很多也有螃蟹吃到飽。

中國人很多，有不少服務員懂中文。
如果你不懂日語，英語也不怕，因為中國遊客多，找一個遊客比找服務員更方便。
酒店附近小店比較多，旁邊的超市的一位小姐姐懂中文。但過了飯點，就很難找吃的。
酒店的自助餐還是挺值的，但不要抱太大期望，和國內的200多度自助餐差不多。
飯點去泡温泉人不多，室外的池子算是半露天。
房間選的是榻榻米，一家四口把房間佔得嚴嚴實實的。幾乎沒地方下腳。
