房間裏一股臭腳丫子味… 開窗通風了一會味道才散
門口的工作人員很懶 就站在門口 也不主動幫忙搬行李 在眼神凝視下才走過來幫忙
在酒店門口摔了一跤 人直接趴地上 就站在離我三米遠的工作人員竟然連過來問一句都不問 真的很離譜
酒店裡有個花園 冬天也不開放 玩不了雪 就衹能看看
在早餐裏吃到一根頭髮 我們也不想找麻煩 就只是在離開餐廳的時候善意提醒了一下服務員 結果不知道他是不是沒聽懂 還是聽懂了故意裝傻 就點點頭沖我們微笑 日本之行住過最離譜的酒店 離譜到現在想起來都覺得好笑……
地獄谷就在旁邊 和大涌谷也區別不大 棧道走個來回也就一個小時 周圍也沒什麼好吃的 吃個拉麪都要排好久隊 7-11都是人擠人 沒什麼好玩的 酒店也很離譜 完全沒有必要花這麼多錢在登別住一晚

定的帶私湯的房型，設施比較新，體驗比較好，温泉是硫磺温泉，沒加水，可以自己加。兩點不好：一點是飯不好吃，尤其是五樓的定製日料飯，真是一次也不需要體驗；一點是到了半夜確實有下水道的味道，我個人比較敏感，家裡其他人沒有太大感覺。其他都挺好。
還定了本館的日式房，就比較沉舊了。公共浴室雖然陳舊，但是湯不錯。
酒店附近的登別海洋館、熊樂園、小型滑雪場都不錯，帶小朋友去比較適合。

Loved the Japanese room and the onsens were amazing - it was much quieter in the morning compared to the evening. Buffet was really good and felt good value for money.

대욕장 온천수가 너무 좋았고 지옥계곡 경치를 덤으로 볼 수 있어 만족했습니다. 가족끼리 아늑한 방에 묵으면서 맛있는 뷔페 석식을 즐길 수 있어 좋았습니다.

房間很大，離地獄谷很近，門口直接大巴到登別站。
人非常多，温泉池子很多，但衞生肯定就會有些些沒有私湯乾淨了。
