酒店的餐飲是特色。酒店不大，房間不多，比較私密。下雪天，連庭院也去不了。服務不是很熱情，提早到了，都沒有休息的區域坐坐，被逼着又出去逛了一圈。性價比不高。

This hotel just made my trip. After 2 months from checking out I still can clearly remember the wonderful details about the room and facilities. Would definitely recommend it to everyone.
无论行程有多匆忙，我真的非常推荐北海道之旅留一晚给泷乃家，这一定是旅程里无比亮眼的一道风景。
预定的房型是DW,落地价格6000多人民币，含两人的一泊二食。通过邮件沟通，顺利获得了安排带garden的唯一一间。
房间的私汤赢过了公区所有的泡池，看着静谧白雪皑皑的院落，泡着天然的硫磺汤，耳朵里只有流水声，雪花静静在眼前一片片落下，时间在这里仿佛暂停。
房间有专属的用餐区，也是雪景庭院落地窗景致，早晚餐都有穿和服的阿姨进出服务，讲解菜品，菜单很不错，也吃到了河豚。
晚上工作人员会进来铺床，床品很柔软。
酒店公区一步一景，拍了亿张，但留下深刻印象的是时刻迎来送往的工作人员，香浓的欢迎🍵和时刻在线的服务。
会再来，推荐所有朋友来，推荐DW房型。
