Everything was great the heating system was not working properly. Our room was excessively hot and other friends that stayed there at the same time had the same issue.

The hotel was great, great location, very clean. Today when we woke up to shower there was no hot water and then the water barely trickled out so we had to leave with no shower. We’ve stayed there before with no issues. Sounds like they had problems Saturday and though the issue was resolved.

The hotel was awesome, great location, and very clean. The bed was amazing, so comfortable. The staff was so friendly. I will definitely be back at this hotel next time I'm in town.

We loved this hotel! It is well kept, modern, and everything was spotless. Super comfy bed & pillows! I’m not sure if all of their rooms are suites, but when I booked it, that was the only choice. We loved having a separate area to relax with a couch & chair to watch TV. The bathroom, while beautiful, was slightly on the dark side. It could use some more lighting, but that is my only complaint. We used the pool, which is small but did the job for us. We also had a drink at the bar. Friendly staff! This location is next to a huge area of restaurants and shops and a very nice outdoor mall. Fabulous area! We would definitely stay here again!

A/C didn't work and 79 degrees in room. Lights burned out. Sports teams staying there stomping above at 1:15am. Management unbelievably tried pushing back on some sort of remediation. Two layers of management said they didnt have authorization to discount even though everything was documented. Bad property....stay away. Im going back to Hilton and Marriott

Stayed at the hotel for a concert recently and while at the concert a bottle of medication disappeared out of my purse. I couldn’t take my regular purse to the concert bc they only allow small ones- so it was left in the room where there is not a safe. Got home the next day and realized it was gone- called and was told cleaning crew did not find which can only mean someone was able to access our room while we were gone because I had to take a couple tablets out to put in smaller purse for concert and rest of bottle was left in big purse at hotel. Never checked for it after we returned but I had also noticed lipstick on a hand towel which I didn’t notice before we left. We will not be staying again- the front desk was also not at all concerned about this issue- which is also disappointing.
