This place is a franchise so I was expecting way more, we travelled here off peak season in the middle of the month. Our needs were never accommodated from the beginning due to poor management and ridiculous rules. We asked to be upgraded to a sea view room because the hotel was empty they lied and said it’s full. I asked to be assisted organizing a romantic picnic on the beach, they offered assistance but made me wait a ridiculous amount of time so I left it out they were reluctant to help me all services require a huge wait time, even simple things. The staff were polite however and tried to help they were governed by unaccommodating rules. The access to the beach was the best part. The breakfast was also good. Will never return!

Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback on my recent stay at your esteemed establishment. While I appreciated the overall experience, I must highlight a few concerns. Firstly, there was a mix-up with food orders among members of our cohort attending the writing retreat, which caused some inconvenience. Given the nature of our visit, efficiency in service was expected but unfortunately not met in this regard. More concerning, however, was the lack of empathy when I requested batteries for my laptop mouse to continue working late into the night. Despite this request being denied due to time restrictions, the receptionist was able to provide a bottle opener after 9 pm—an inconsistency that was both puzzling and frustrating. It was disappointing that maintenance support was unavailable for such a minor yet essential request, particularly in a setting meant to accommodate academic and professional needs. I hope that future guests, especially those visiting for work or study-related purposes, will receive more considerate support to ensure a seamless and productive stay.

Really great place!
The mattresses are not hotel quality and the shower head needed a good cleaning due to the quality of water in the area, also, the door access device didn't work and needed reprogramming in order to get into the room initially... so small aspects can make a huge difference - otherwise a great place!

We only stayed one night but could have easily stayed two in order to enjoy the private beach and the pools more. Spacious, comfy suite in hotel. Helpful staff. Would recommend!
