缺點就是酒店的價格太高了，其他還好。不知道是有什麼活動，查了全部酒店的價格都漲的離譜。床是小小的，普普通通的酒店。

Отель не стоит тех денег, что берут за проживание в номерах. Номера маленькие, без особых удобств. Особенно маленькие ванные, в душевой кабине невозможно повернуться. Вода уходит плохо, канализацию надо чистить. Номера выходят на оживленную дорогу, постоянно стоит грохот от проезжающего транспорта. Это с закрытыми окнами! О том, чтобы открыть окно, и речи быть не может. Поэтому в номерах духота. Переселить в номер с окнами во двор нас отказались - якобы свободных номеров не было. Не пробуйте включать кондиционер! Его не чистили с момента установки! Поэтому он наполняет комнаты ароматом кислоты и мочевины. Дышать невозможно. Все ж открыли окно... но номера на первом этаже: и звуки, и гарь с улицы, и даже проходящие люди легко могут заглянуть к вам в комнату. Они фактически у вас в номере! Не знаю, кто присвоил отелю 4 звезды и на каком основании. Это "трешка", и плохая. Из плюсов отмечу только неплохие завтраки. Но кофе из дешевой аорабики отдавал " жженкой" и не имел аромата. В отеле есть бассейн, сауна. Но, видя общий уровень "комфорта", мы туда идти отказались. Учитывая еще и то, что платить за это надо дополнительно! Принцип " все включено" не работает, хотя стоимость проживания это предполагает. В других городах, в т.ч. в Санкт-Петербурге, Калининграде, за те же деньги получаешь несравненно выше уровень комфорта и сервиса. Не советую этот отель. Ищите другие варианты, чтоб не разочароваться в отдыхе в Нижнем.

Отличный отель по условиям, цене и расположению. До пешеходного бульвара пешком не более 10 минут, по которому можно сразу спуститься к входу в кремль. Заехали после 12 ночи, менеджер оперативно отвечал по вопросу бронирования и сопровождал. Был простой номер на двоих, но очень уютный, чистый. Не хватало шкафа или полочек, куда сложить вещи, пришлось убирать на нижний полки у прикованных тумб и навешивать на стул. 3 окна дают много света, хоть и выходят на соседнее здание. Очень понравились двойные окна, то есть открываешь внутреннее и с улицей тебя отделает еще один стеклопакет, что дает снижению шума с улицы и приток свежего воздуха. Много источников света. Были в октябре, очень сильно работали батареи. Ванная чистая, красивая, удобная душевая. Единственное, так как угол двери около душевой и на него часто попадает вода, то он разбух, и дверь открывается во внутрь (в коридор не откроется, так как он узкий), то чтобы подойти к ванной надо заходить в ванную, заходить между душем и туалетом, прикрывать или закрывать дверь и тогда попадаешь к раковине) Фен в мешочке вижу первый раз и это очень удобно и эстетично. Возле раковины много места. Завтраки вкусные, сотрудники вежливые, даже вышел повар и сказал, что если хотим что-то еще, то можем его попросить, он приготовит. Бассейном и сауной не пользовались, но уверена, что еще раз приедем в этот отель. Зона лобби эстетична и комфортная. Это точно 4 звезды.

От отеля в целом положительные впечатления. Удобное расположение, тихий, в номере было чисто. Действительно неплохая столовая. Вроде бы набор блюд стандартный для такого вида гостиниц, но все вкусно. Круассаны вообще замечательные. Персонал отзывчивый, при этом ненавязчивый. Если придираться, то только к мелочам: мини-холодильник в номере работал скверно, у одного шкафчика не мешало бы подтянуть петлю. Халат в душевой подойдет только очень миниатюрному человеку))). Нам эти мелочи отдыхать не мешали, поэтому говорим отелю Горки и всему Нижнему Новгороду большое спасибо!!!!!!
