Отель новый, расположение очень удобное, в 10 минутах от жд вокзала. Заселили быстро, подготовили отчётные документы. Персонал выполнял все мои просьбы, такси, чайник и др. В кафе на первом этаде всегда можно было перекусить, завтрак хороший. Все понравилось, рекомендую.

Часто бронируем данный отель, номера просторные, чистенькие, персонал вежливый и приветливый. Вкусные завтраки. Ресторан работает круглосуточно .При отеле имеется сауна с бильярдом. Нам очень нравится !Всем рекомендую!

я приехала со школой в нижний Новгород и заселились в отель, 402 номер, на следующей день мы уехали, и меня везде покусали клопы, ужасный отель! больше никогда не приеду, еда была холодная в кафе, не могут нормально обслужить, долго возилиль с номерами, свет и телевизор выключали сами хотя карта была вставлена, не рекомендую отель!!!
