Отель очень удобно расположен, прямо рядом с Кремлем и улицей, где много ресторанчиков.
Номер маленький, но комфортный, все есть.
Персонал очень милый и вежливый.
Мы останавливались на 1 ночь, поэтому все было комфортно)
Было слышно как закрываются двери соседей.
Преимущество, что рядом есть бесплатная парковка.

Полное несоответствие заявленному и что по факту на фото. Абсолютное хамство со стороны руководства отеля в адрес гостей. Вместо того, чтобы услышать вопросы и пожелания гостей менеджер просто послал нас обратно, откуда мы приехали! И мы с удовольствием возвращаемся в родную Казань!

В номерах грязные стены, ржавая сантехника, застиранное серое пастельное белье и жёлтые полотенца. Сбитые комками подушки и одеяла. Одеяла не соответствуют размеру пододеяльников. Отель явно требует ремонта. Часть номеров находится на цокольном этаже в полуподвальном помещении. Достался номер с разбитым дверным косяком, через который было слышно все происходящее в коридоре. На просьбу заменить номер сказали, что номеров нет. Деньги за номер с разбитой дверью, засорившемся сливом в душе и неработающим сливом в туалетном бачке, возвращать отказались. Если вы хотите испортить себе отдых, не поспать ночью из-за припозднившихся гостей этого отеля и слышать, как утром в коридоре греют еду в микроволновке, то этот отель для вас! Для тех, кто привык к соблюдению Закона о защите прав потребителей и надеется всё-таки ночью спать, ищите другой отель! Не ведитесь на фото на сайте! Так он выглядел лет 10 назад!
