Не работают кондиционеры, на улице жара и топят батареи. Нет чайника в номере и чайного набора.

Номера в отличном состоянии. Вполне достойный завтрак. Рекомендую! Из минусов отмечу, что вход в гостиницу закрыт. Приходится звонить, и звонок очень громкий, что очень хорошо слышно в номерах (на первом и втором этажах).

i can only comment for the service,others is unknown because i didn't check in finally.
1st,hotel said receiption has English service but when i arrive,there were 2 girls who can not speak English,then they call a waitress from restaurant to talk with me,but she is not speak very well too.
2nd,they said checking in will be 2pm,the room is not ready,i said ok,i will come back by 2pm,but can I put the luggage here?,they said yes,you can put here,but you need to pay 300rub.
what?do you want me to travel with bags more than 5 hours?
and on Ctrip introduction the service for luggage is not marked chargeable.
I refused to pay these money,then i didn't check in and choose another hotel Marriott which is expensive but excellent service than this one.
Till now,they still not refund money,they said my mistake,bro,this is my 4th city during travel in Russia,Spb Moscow Ekaterinburg why i only cancel ur hotel?

Очень понравилась ванная комната.. Джакузи в особенности!!! Кровать хорошая,не скрипучая... Светлый номер. И главное чистота номера.... Дополнительное одеяло,что немаловажное... В общем все классно . Рекомендую! Не пожалели, что нашли этот отель....

Особенно хотелось бы отметить персонал — дружелюбный, профессиональный и всегда готовый помочь. Любые вопросы решались мгновенно, и в отеле действительно чувствуется атмосфера гостеприимства. Завтрак превзошел все ожидания: большое разнообразие блюд на любой вкус, свежие фрукты и выпечка, отличное кофе. Расположение отеля также оказалось идеальным — недалеко от центра, с удобным доступом к основным достопримечательностям. Особо хотелось бы отметить, что сотрудники дружелюбны, профессиональны и всегда готовы помочь. В отеле очень приветливые люди, и любые вопросы решались быстро. Завтрак превзошел все ожидания, предлагая широкий выбор блюд на любой вкус, свежие фрукты и выпечку, а также превосходный кофе. Кроме того, отель оказался идеально расположен недалеко от центра и с легким доступом к основным достопримечательностям. Мне понравился отель - чисто, уютно, номер в отличном состоянии, вся техника, если не новая, то в отличном состоянии. В номере холодильник, кондиционер. В отеле можно остановиться с собакой, что для меня отельный плюс (за допкост). Очень вкусные бизнес-ланчи и завтраки, от души рекомендую! Относительно тихий район, ничего не мешало нашему отдыху

По отзывам - хороший отель. По факту мы были разочарованы. К 14.00 номер был неготов. Хотя звонили за ранее, спрашивали во сколь мы будем. В итоге в 15.00 только заехали. Спасибо за комплемент. Пока ждали, нам кофе предложили. Завтрак-шведский стол. Кто успел, тот и съел. В 10.00 уже ничего не осталось. Хотя написано до 10.30. Тогда это не шведский стол. Делайте порционные завтраки. Интернет очень ужасный. WI-FI падает через минуту использования.
