Очень переживала ехать в этот отель из-за отзывов. Но рискнули. Нам всё понравилось! Номер комфорт вполне удобный и чистый. Шикарный ресторан и завтраки!

非常不錯的酒店，雖然價格有點小貴。離市中心很近，出行方便。酒店前台服務態度很好，工作人員也很熱情。👍🏻

Полностью согласна с теми, кто не советует этот отель. Первое и главное - цена завышена минимум в 2 раза. Так как ни о каких 3 звездах и речи быть не может - чистый совок. В коридорах ковролин весь в пятнах. Мебель самая дешевая примитивная, комнаты маленькие и темные. Переселились в 2 комнатный номер, он немного лучше, но оказалось, что там воняет какой-то химией, переселились еще раз - этот но но конечно был лучше, но все равно не соответствовал своей цене! Для сравнения практически за эти же деньги мы жили в современном 4 звездочном отеле в центре города. Мы были очень разочарованы и все хорошие отзывы, которые раньше читали считаем заказными. В 4 звездах в Оке номера лучше, но цена получается на наши даты дороже хорошего отеля в центре. Завтрак обыкновенный, кофе плохой.

Плюсы: нет Минусы: 1) в номере холодно, нос мерзнет, батарея холодная 2) кондиционер думал включить на тепло, но он тоже не работает 3) телевизор не работает 4) ресепшен не охотно готов решать вопрос 5) мелочи, но в душе кабинка ушатана, горячая перепутана с холодной, пол ледяной. 6) работниц ресепшн трое, но они не могут ничего решить. 7) отель старый Не советую отель

Ужасный отель, на ресепшене сразу встретили грубо, хамили, начальник охраны каким-то образом позволил себе влезать в диалог, грубить, нарушать личные границы. Начальство никак не реагирует на происходящее. К большому сожалению, не рекомендую данный отель!

Самые мягкие и хорошие подушки, персонал приветливый :-) есть тренажёрный зал, спа.хорошие обслуживание, приветливый персонал. Есть телевизор в номерах. Сауна прилагается на два часа. Экскурсии в Нижнем Новгороде.

На мой взгляд цена качеству не соответствует. Входная группа, ресепшен и шведский стол вполне приличные, персонал на ресепшене доброжелательный. Но после выхода из лифта вы резко попадаете в советскую гостиницу или хорошее общежитие. Номера маленькие, несовременные, тапочек, зубной пасты нет. Стоит ли такой номер почти 7 тыс. рублей за ночь? Возможно, мы попали в горячий сезон, хотя бронировали номера (у нас их было два на две ночи) примерно за две недели. Цена такому номеру на мой взгляд максимум 3 т.р. Также учитывайте, что под окнами ресторан Ока, где видимо часто проходят банкеты. В наш приезд была свадьба - шум всю ночь соответствующий) В целом создалось впечатление, что Нижний Новгород с точки зрения гостиниц не справляется с наплывом туристов, остальные предложения были еще хуже или дороже, чем Ока. Для сравнения, после Новгорода поехали в Рязань и СПб - там за эти же деньги и даже дешевле отели были НАМНОГО лучше. Сам город - прекрасный😊
