Были проездом,остановились на 1 ночь.Выбор пал на этот отель,из за парковочного места и расположения.Все очень понравилось,нам отписались,что бы мы сразу ехали в гараж,а оттуда на лифте поднимались для оформления.Девочки прелесть!!!!! Быстро заселились,комплименты по бокальчику игристого,очень приятно.Предлаги помощь в любом вопросе.Номер хороший,чистый,за что мы любим сетевые отели.Кровать-сказка,белье хрустит.Выспались,как зефирки 🤗.местоположение вообще бомба,гуляли,ужинали,прокатились по городу на 21 Волге/обязательно воспользуетесь .Сергей умничка/.завтрак замечательный:живая музыка,услада для ушей.Хороший ассортимент и очень вкусный.Опять игристое😊хорошее начало дня!!!! Конечно рекомендую этот отель,и как читала в предыдущие отзывы,снимите «корону» и наслаждайтесь жизнью!!!!!!

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Hotel in Nizhny Novgorod, and it was an amazing experience! From the moment I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by the polite and friendly staff who went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. My room was modern and clean, with a stunning view of the Kremlin. Every morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a variety of options, which set a great tone for the day. I recommend this hotel!

Проживали в отеле с 5 по 6 октября 2024 г. Полное разочарование! Отель не соответствует уровню 5*. Во-первых, в 5 звёздах априори идёт спа зона. Здесь отсутствует в каком-либо виде. Во-вторых, в номере категории "люкс" было очень холодно. И вместо того, что бы нормализировать систему кондиционирования, в номер принесли обогреватель. Ок, хотя бы так. В-третьих-отвратительные неудобные и старые матрасы, на которых невозможно нормально спать. В-четвёртых-холодная и ржавая вода в душе. Без комментариев. В-пятых-сервис. Точнее, его полное отсутствие. И отсутствие желания проявить интерес к комфортному пребыванию гостей, которые ни раз говорили сотрудникам отеля о вышеуказанных проблемах. В итоге, из положительного могу отметить только расположение отеля в центре города и внешний интерьер. Желания вернуться и рекомендовать его знакомым точно нет.

Прекрасный отель! Замечательный сервис и очень вкусное питание!! Рекомендую для отдыха семьёй, в одиночку, в бизнес- поездках. Очень красивые залы для конференции. Приветливый персонал. Красивый интерьер внутри и снаружи. Удобное расположение в самом центре города

Ну что ж понимаю у кого нашлись придирки к этому отелю. Точнее не понимаю а увидел. Корона на голове и слегка пафосно-купеческое поведение. Я видел , как женщина Очень расстроилась на завтраке, что не было сырников которые были вчера. Что их нет? А вчера были! Что то вроде этого. Ну а теперь мой отзыв. Максимально доброе и вежливое поведение персонала при встрече. Поднимают настроение после дороги. И это было на протяжение всего нашего пребывания. Две ночи. Номер безупречно убран и великолепно подготовлен к встрече. Мягкая кровать, подушки, чистое белье. Только закрепили хорошее настроение. Завтрак. Не скажу что мы вышли из леса или степи. Повидали много стран. Завтрак отличный. Вкусный разнообразный. Человек (без короны) будет сыт и доволен. Холодные и горячие блюда. Закуски кофе шампанское соки и морсы. разнообразие хлебы и выпечки. Блинчики и сырники, запеканка и омлеты, скрембл и яичница. И опять безупречная работа персонала. В общем мы были очень довольны. И в следующий раз только Шератон. Внимательно читайте отзывы. Понимайте кто их пишет. Мы не видели и не слышали ни одного конфликта. Спасибо за ваше участие в хорошем настроении.

Хочу поделиться отзывом. Отель не на 5 звёзд, к сожалению. 0. Очень не однозначное общение с гостями при заезде, всем предоставляют разную (не полную информацию) про отель и то, что доступно гостям. Стоя в очереди, слышала про доступ разных сервисов и локаций 24 часа, также из-за неготовности номеров предложение посещения Sheraton club на 6 этаже. По достижению моей очереди мне рассказали только про зону завтраков и просили подождать заезда. 1. Заезд в 15:00 не состоялся, просили ждать 5 минут, потом ещё 5 минут, в итоге заезд в 15:30. 2. Не очень было понятно, что с камерой хранения вещей, в итоге чемодан стоял возле ресепшен (насколько это безопасно - не ясно). 3. Возле зоны ресепшен все плафоны у люстр грязные и с насекомыми внутри. 4. При заезде в номер (с опозданием) не была домыта столешница у раковины - были пятна, которые пришлось убирать самим. Столешница по краю раковины в белом налёте, что тоже можно вполне отмыть и привести в порядок (в отеле 5 звёзд). 5. Коврик между кроватями никак не закреплён, при попытке сесть на кровать он просто выскальзывает из под ног, что может привести к падению и травме. В целом видно, что фонд отеля уже устарел, необходим ремонт. Полноценные положительные эмоции только от локации отеля, моста в Кремль и обслуживания на завтраках - тут большое спасибо персоналу за внимание.
