Самая ужасная гостиница в который была в Нижнекамске, в номерах стоит ужасный запах (старости). Отсутствуют халаты и тапочки, есть только в номерах люкс. На этаже нет кулера с водой. В душевой был сломан поддон, где есть риск травмирования! Уборка ужасная.

Приехал сюда по работе, номер улучшенный стандарт снимала сотрудница по персоналу моей организации. Выбор пал на данную гостиницу так как в гостинице Luxor не было свободных мест. Сказать что гостиница Кама просто ужас, ничего не сказать. Грязь обшарканность убожество. В номере улучшенный стандарт трехзвездочной гостиницы отсутствует кондиционер, на вопрос где кондиционер и можно ли мне другой номер с кондиционером был получен ответ, что у меня теневая сторона поэтому кондиционер не нужен в 35 градусную жару, а других номеров нет. Даже по работе в этом отеле больше не остановлюсь, где угодно, но не здесь. Желаю процветания соразмерного сервису.

Невозможно забронировать номера. Звонишь за две недели до даты заезда, - отказывают в броне. Приезжаешь по факту, "администратор",-"а вы бронировали, нет, тогда номеров нет". Что касается ужина,- кушаешь первое, через минуту подносят второе, которое остынет пока ты ешь первое блюдо.

Очень старый отель, старые номера, учитывая, что у нас еще был номер улучшенный, пахнет сигаретами, относительно чисто, за номер отдали 4800, деньги кидали почему-то онлайн переводом, завтрак не вкусный, булочки не первой свежести, за эти деньги вообще не стоит
