As instalações do hotel são muito boas! O quarto é grande e confortável. Tinha uma varanda que deixou melhor ainda. Estava bem limpo. O colchão da cama é um pouco duro, mas como ficamos uma noite só, não foi um problema. É bem pertinho da orla de Icaraí. Todos os funcionários são muito educados. Um elogio especial ao senhor Denis da cozinha, super simpático e alto astral, você já vai tomar café com um ambiente de alegria ao redor. Minha esposa e eu ficamos muito satisfeitos!
Também conseguimos fazer check in antecipado, pagamos uma taxa de meia diária, o que nos ajudou bastante.
Com certeza nos hospedaremos novamente em uma nova visita a Niterói.

Quarto limpo, grande e confortável , roupa de cama muito boa e limpa. Atendimento e serviço de quarto muito bom. Estacionamento incluído na hospedagem e com manobrista, isso torna a viagem bem mais confortável e segura. Bastante opção de restaurantes no entorno do hotel.

Estilo de quarto datado e mobiliário com estado de conservação médio, precisando de manutenção. Colchão bem duro e pouco confortável, tb.
Equipe de check in pareceu muito confusa e o processo foi bem lento/demorado.
A localização do hotel e conveniência de estacionamento são os pontos positivos.

Hotel Icaraí
O hotel está muito bem localizado e o quarto é confortável. Só achei estranho colocar uma cama na frente da porta da varanda (ficava difícil acessar a varanda). O atendimento é muito bom, todos os funcionários foram muito prestativos.

Tudo muito velho tudo muito mal feito no hotel .
Contatos soltos buracos no teto deveria em suma rebaixar para 1 ⭐ estrela e o preço não vale a pena muito desapontado com o standard do hotel ,não recomendo este hotel ele precisa de uma reforma profunda para se chamar hotel 3 estrelas 😔😔😔

diversos problemas na unidade que nos foi reservada, desde as instalações ( necessidade de reparos ), até a falta de toalhas para cada um dos hospedados na unidade.

SENSACIONAL, nota mil, fiquei meio apreensiva por conta de alguns comentários mas não tenho do que reclamar, café da manhã TOP tinha tudo, atendentes simpáticos e quarto com muito conforto!
