Front desk was okay. First night we had to request to switch rooms because the mildew and humidity smell in the room, they switched us and gave us an updated room. After that experience everything was excellent 👌. Breakfast was amazing, dedicated and very top notch. Pool and pool service was excellent 👍

My experience at the H Niterói Hotel was excellent! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, who were extremely attentive and professional. The hotel has an incredible location, with a spectacular view of Rio de Janeiro, especially from the rooftop, where the infinity pool is located. It is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery.
The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable, with all the necessary items for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was another highlight: lots of variety and everything was fresh and tasty.
The hotel's infrastructure is modern and well-maintained, which contributed to making the experience even better. Without a doubt, a great choice in Niterói. I recommend it and hope to return soon!
