Nishiusuki District Hotels with Wifi

The service is good and the hotel is new and nice. However the bed is very springy and narrow and due to the way the cover beneath the sheet on the mattress fit the bed there was an annoying edge which limited the already narrow bed. I'm very sorry but a good bed is priority number one in a hotel for me.

The location is convenient. It’s just 5-10 minute taxi ride to Takachiho gorge, 9-minute walk to Amaterasu railway and 12 minutes on foot to Takachiho bus center. The room is big enough, clean and comfortable. The food’s delicious! You must try their chicken nanban and deer meat. Above all, they have the nicest, most accommodating, and approachable hotel staff. I highly recommend staying at hotel grateful Takachiho. Grateful for the best hotel stay. Again, the staff are amazing!

It is very close to Takachiho Gorge and is subject to traffic control on weekends. , it’s only 15 minutes to park your car and walk into the canyon. There is no food nearby. It is recommended to come back after you are full or order a meal from the hotel. The bed is big, two big and two small are comfortable

It was the first time for a group of 4 of us to travel to Takachiho. A friend strongly recommended that we stay at ”Shenxian”, so we booked 2 rooms. We were greeted by parking attendants, explained the room, and made reservations for dinner and breakfast. The receptionists were very nice. They are considerate and have good English skills. The rooms are clean and the hot spring ♨️ water is super good. Dinner and breakfast are fresh and delicious. We will stay at this hot spring hotel again and recommend it to our friends.

The hotel is located close to the bus terminal and it is a 7-minute walk to arrive, but the lady boss said that she could send her a car to pick her up! After we checked in, we went to dinner. The lady boss called us to reserve a table beforehand, and then took us to the restaurant by car, and asked the restaurant to call her after our meal and send a car to pick us up to the hotel; because the next day was a weekday, there was no circulating bus After visiting various tourist areas, she arranged a car to take us to Takachiho Gorge, and asked us to walk into a product store there after completing the trip to find the person in charge to call her and send a car to pick us up to the next tourist spot ~ the small train station, and it will be free during the period. It’s really heartwarming to help us prepare a bamboo leaf rice ball for each of us! ! Very friendly and friendly proprietress, of course she drove us to the bus terminal when we finally left the hotel! 😁 The room size is relatively small, there is no problem for 2 people, and it is a little crowded for 3 people! There are small desserts in the room! There is a separate toilet but no separate bathroom, but the hotel has a small hot spring where you can take a shower by the way! The breakfast is a Japanese breakfast, very delicious, and a staff member sings Japanese songs for entertainment! The hotel is not big, it looks a bit like a homestay, but the enthusiasm of the proprietress is full of warmth, making everything unimportant, not a problem, it deserves full marks! ! 👍🏼

The environment is quiet and comfortable, the interior is clean and tidy, and the outdoor open-air hot spring is very much! The food is also good, all the waiters are very polite, and one of the young waitresses, although everyone has a few verbal communication problems, she works very hard to explain, and sometimes uses the translation app on the phone to help communicate, which is worthy of praise! Watching ”Ye Kagura”, because the road is relatively dark, the hotel arranges a car to pick up and give us flashlights. The hotel manager gave us soft cushions so that we can sit on the ground and watch the performance. Very attentive!

Room size was just enough for 3 adults and 1 baby. It was good idea to book tatami as the baby can walk around in the room. The room was a bit old but it was fine and good to sleep and rest. The breakfast was good too, transitional Japanese style. The public hot spring was not good, quite old but clean notmal water. I would recommend you to buy some hot spring powder to make your own one hot spring bath in the room 😂

I used it on a solo trip, but I was impressed with the detailed response from check-in to check-out. I was impressed with the idea of using dinner, breakfast and local food. I think the balance between price and service is very good facility.

I got the whole house but the share bath room it out door far away. Weather so cold (end of December) but heater from gas not warm enough.
