The fresh fish that arrived that day is brought to you in front of you and you let us choose. After a short wait, it is grilled over charcoal and served to you. The abalone was delicious. Also, the sashimi boat platter was huge (apparently this was a ``bonus'' for the anniversary, but it was so luxurious that I had to pay extra for it).
