The room was spotless. The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 2-minute walk from Tenjin Station. Ichiran Ramen's main store is conveniently located right across a bridge from the hotel's back exit. The surrounding area features a large commercial district, and you can even enjoy yatai (food stalls) in the evenings. Canal City Hakata is only a 13-minute walk away. Amenities include a coffee machine, microwave, and washing machine.

The location is remote. If you walk from Tenjin Station on the Airport Line to the hotel with luggage, it takes about 20 minutes. It is recommended to take a taxi.
The waiter is friendly and speaks fluent English. The room is larger than expected, with enough space to open large luggage. The mattress is comfortable, but the pillow is too thin.
The problem is that it is next to the Nishitetsu railway, and you can hear the sound when the train passes by. The bigger problem is that the Internet was disconnected from time to time for two consecutive nights.

I stayed in the main building, not the new building, so the room was relatively small and the facilities were not new. But the price was affordable, the location was convenient, and the cost performance was high. It was a good choice for traveling alone. The breakfast was very rich!

The clerks were all kind and ready to help. And the room was very clean and comfortable. It was good to get both a hard pillow and a soft pillow. But the room is a bit cold and there is no any heater in the room. But there is an air conditioner that makes cool air which is good for in summer.

Excellent place. Small room but superbly clean. Adequate for one person. Near to convenient store.
Halal food is quite far.. nearest is Saray kebab, which is about 15 minutes walk. Grill hunter is also available, further away from Shinjuku train station.

This hotel offered a fantastic overall experience. Its location is superb, offering convenient access to transportation, and there's a great selection of restaurants and shops in the vicinity. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making the check-in process quick and efficient. Our room was spotless, with a soft and comfortable bed. The excellent soundproofing ensured a peaceful and quiet night's sleep. The bathroom was well-equipped with plenty of hot water, and the Wi-Fi connection was stable, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, and I had a very pleasant stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.
