As Ctrip’s highest black diamond customer. I really went from loving this hotel to being extremely disappointed! I have stayed here about 6 times since 2017, totaling 1 million yen. Negative review 1) The 1st and 2nd time I stayed at this hotel, the waiter will wait for you in the station parking lot to help you with your luggage & now there is no farewell service when you check out! Difference! Negative review 2) Due to the heavy rain in Tokyo, the driver had to arrive at Izu after 11 o'clock, so we discussed with the hotel to delay check-out for one hour! I also stated that I have checked in many times and am a regular customer and have spent over one million yen. The answer I received was (咩desi) that I can only sit in the lobby and wait and check out one minute late and the calculation starts at 2,000 yen per hour! Bad review 3) The Kaiseki restaurant has Indian waiters! And there is a female Indian who has very strong body odor! Go meet this woman! The memory is still fresh! Negative review 4) Since the Kaiseki cuisine with my parents on the second day was all raw food, I talked to the waiter about whether I could add a small pot and cook it myself (beat) I said that I have a problem with eating now, can you help me communicate (beat) After giving me money (baa), I finally called a friend who could speak Japanese and after a long conversation, he gave me a pot! And tell me that my friend was only willing to give me one because he called me to communicate! Get rid of your service industry, okay?
