看似一個很大的酒店，地理位置也很不錯，服務卻爛到家了，基本無服務。一大家子入住，那麼多行李箱，車子都到大門口了，連個服務生都沒有，前台辦理入住人員全程黑着臉，跟欠他錢一樣。買了500RMB的自助晚餐，限時倆小時就不説了，還排隊一小時，既然沒那個接待能力，賣那麼多券幹啥呀。

酒店服務還好但酒店非常舊式，甚至還有一浸味道。在房間裏見到曱甴，下次不會再繼續來入住。在用餐的地方可以望到大海，一望無際很漂亮但陣間裏見到曱甴真係大打折扣

這是一家度假酒店，蠻大的，離堂島等景點都很近，酒店出來就是車站，很方便。酒店很不錯，早晚的自助餐很豐盛，免費的下午茶也很好，15:00以後提供生啤，前台有會中文的，泡温泉很舒服，風景秀麗，最讓人感動的是，我們退房後到車站去東伊豆，有個女服務員怕我們乘錯方向，從大堂追到車站，確認過我們要去的地方無誤後，才微笑着鞠躬離去，在這裏再次萬分感謝！！！再去西伊豆的話還會選擇這家酒店……

The hotel has a beautiful and pleasant sea view and an elegant and comfortable environment. For dinner, there is an abalone set meal, tempura & sashimi buffet. We enjoyed the food in the gorgeous sunset.

The hotel has an unbeatable sea view, the hygiene and front desk service are very enthusiastic. Mr. Wu, who speaks Chinese at the front desk, is very nice, enthusiastic and patient, and meticulous in his service. He helps guests solve problems very attentively. The hot spring experience is great.
