The property was so beautiful.The view was surreal. I travelled with my family, enjoyed every bit of the property. Also, the staff especially Riyaz, Shagufta, Mustafa, Kiser were exceptionally helpful and generous, they helped with everything we needed. Will strongly recommend to everyone. They also have recreational activities for everyone. Kids thoroughly enjoyed it.

We recently stayed in the hotel and used their travel service during our visit to Srinagar and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The team was extremely professional, courteous, and reliable throughout our trip. We had asked for six cabs for travel to Gulmarg and all of which were clean, punctual and driven by polite and knowledgeable drivers. A special mention to Ahmedullah, who went above and beyond, not only managing our travel seamlessly but also assisting us with local city purchases. His genuine warmth and helpful nature made our experience truly memorable. We were so impressed by the quality of service that we extended their services for the remaining days of our tour. Our entire group deeply appreciated the hospitality, sincerity, and professionalism shown by Ahmedullah and his team.

Super se bhi upar! Top class location, ambience, service with a smile, every food item be it breakfast or supper with a big spread of variety and extremely authentic in taste and quality. We stayed for three nights Special shout out to Restaurant staff head Mr Riyaz for service beyond expectations and Senior Chef Darshan Lal for delivering lip smacking food items of multi cuisine spread Fpr me amongst my top stays across many hotels over past 20 years
