The bazaar in this hotel was amazing. They had good collection and at a very reasonable price. So many varieties. Didnt have to go shop anywhere else

Hotel Fortune services are too good nd chei f Darshana nd Riyaz served us kasmir food vazavannd other items Sweet dishes were very yummy. We enjoyed all the meals tastefully .They talk very polite

Very nice stay in the Hotel and spacilly with your staff services and hospitality. Mr. Riyaz spacially in services Again we are happy with the Sheff Mr. Darshan lal in kitchen who made the Kashmiri tippicaly local food which was new experience to us which we liked very much

We highly recommend the Earthen oven restaurant at the fortune resort heevan Srinagar near Nishat Garden. After visiting Nishat and shalimar Garden we had lunch over there. The food was amazing especially Awadhi Nihari. The service staff were well trained, friendly, courteous and the credit goes to the manager ( I don't remember his name I think Rabi) he was always available on the floor and giving instructions to the staff members. The restaurant ambiance is the same as the bukhara restaurant . Outside sitting was also available with Garden view. Thanks everyone....

I am really happy to share my experience with fortune i got nyc hospitality in this resort The service staff were well trained, friendly, courteous and the credit goes to the manager ( I don't remember his name I think Rabi) he was always available on the floor and giving instructions to the staff members.
