We are a family of three, two adults and one child, who came here to ski. The room was much bigger than I expected, with two single beds and a tatami bed, and it wasn't crowded at all. The hotel facilities are very good and the waiters are very friendly and enthusiastic. There are live performances every night. The hot springs are very comfortable and allow you to completely relax after skiing. There is a hot spring indoors and an outdoor hot spring. It is very comfortable to watch the snow while soaking in the hot spring and daydreaming. There are frequent shuttle buses from the hotel to the ski resort.
