A very well-located hotel in the city center, with a rather original decor (perhaps a little dated...) and very decent service.
It could use a dedicated, free private parking lot. The room amenities are fairly basic, but for a short stay, they're more than adequate.
If we return to Niort, we won't hesitate to stay here again.

Hôtel simple avec Très bon accueil et chaleureux par Wanda qui nous a bien conseillé sur les lieux à V découvrir. Agréable petit déjeuner en terrasse avec grand choix à disposition. Ménage des chambres fait par Sandra nickel . Séjour étape parfait.

Séjour convenable. Personnel de réception accueillant. Chambre calme au dernier niveau mais mal isolée aux niveaux inférieurs.
Rapport qualité prix 120 € avec pdj trop cher.
Douche qui ne ferme pas (cassée, 2 volets plastiques sur les 3 nécessaires pour ne pas innonder la salle de bain) et joints de douche noirs...
Dommage car les communs sont rénovés et le jardin à l'arrière a l'ai très agréable.

Jai passé quasiment 2 mois dans cet hôtel au centre de niort. L'accueil et la sympathie du personnel ma beaucoup plu, le personnel prend soin de sa clientèle. Les chambre sont proposés et cosy. Un petit déjeuné copieux. Je recommande cet hôtel à 200%
