The hotel is very nice and fancy, but the food prices are much more expensive than in the city. But the city is old and there is not much to do. A day or half day tour is enough. The rest of the time is spent swimming, SPA, and relaxing in the hotel

Although the hotel is located in Ninh Van Bay, the water quality is not good The hotel rooms are OK, but the infrastructure is not well done. In the morning, I saw renovation workers everywhere, as if they were building new villas. (But this hotel has been open for many years, and the new villa is being built next to our room, not in a new area) The construction noise in the hotel is loud, and we are lucky to rest, and there are many workers, which seems unsafe (the key is that the hotel room cannot be locked) The hotel soundproofing is very poor. At 11 o'clock in the evening, the next room was playing DJ and having a party. I almost collapsed. Although I complained and it was improved, the subsequent housekeeper did not follow up and did not give feedback. I feel that the management is still a little bit lacking. The hotel is very primitive, and you can see many wild animals, but there are also many mosquitoes. The meals are relatively expensive, and there is only one restaurant The speedboat is shabby.

My Birthday Present got stolen!!! My friends and I stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days (5/12/24 to 5/14/24) to celebrate my birthday. We got 2 villas, my husband and I stayed in #29 and my friends in #30. Everything went perfect; foods, services and the views was remarkable except it is very hotttt they need more A/C. However, everything is ruinned because my Jellycat Keychain got stolen on the night of 13th. It was not really valueable item but I cant stand for stealing. I cant imagine this happening in a 5-Stars Resort. My husband yelled at me and said nobody gonna steal an unvalueable item and he also explained that if someone wanna steal they gonna steal something more valueable such as watch, purse, etc. He calmed me down and we decieded to find it again. After 2 hours searching the villa and we couldnt see it. We contacted Thao (our host) and she could not do anything. She said that their housekeeping have been in this industry for years and this never happen before. So, are they trying to say that we are lying about the keychain which cost only $30??? I know this aint gonna go anywhere or got resolved because they will Never-Ever admit that they steal it. I just wanna leave this review to get others attention and protect your items at all cost. We can definitely recommend this hotel if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Delicious breakfasts. But there is a nuance! The coffee from the coffee machine is very tasteless. There is no access to drinking water on the territory (only at breakfast). We dined in the restaurant several times. All the dishes are very decent. It makes sense to overpay and not go to the cafes opposite. Excellent service! The staff tries very hard. Thanks to the girl at the reception who helped us organize a taxi to Nha Trang in the evening. The child had a fever and we urgently needed to go to the hospital. In the room with a sea view, the view was slightly different from the one we saw during the booking. In general, this is not critical, but a room with a view of the sunrise would be nicer. The rooms are very modern, well cleaned. Soft mattress.

Hotel that dates from the first period of paid holidays in Vietnam or tour operators. However the environment is magnificent, 2 beautiful large swimming pools, especially the cascading one next to the sea which is well hidden. Sad room, hard bedding, a little damp, dark with a minimum of comfort such as the fridge and the TV. Breakfast happens in the restaurant and it's just very basic, don't expect anything from the place. On the other hand, the beach is just super magnificent, white sand, turquoise sea, supervised swimming. The town of Doc Let is full of super cool places and cafes, very good, and the fruit is to die for! Not to be missed at any price!
