The facilities and the friendliness of the staff were okay, but the hot water and breakfast were not so good.

Family of 3 from Australia. We stayed in the double family room on level 10. Spacious, clean, warm, double rooms with hot showers and cold fridges. Staff were fantastic, especially the two lads who help with toast and seating at breakfast. Walking distance to night markets and WinMart. Couldn't fault it. We were the only 'western' tourists, but we were made to feel very safe and welcome. I would recommend and would stay here again on our next visit to Ninh Binh.

Large great rooms, good service and a large warm salt water pool. Breakfirst had a large selection but everything was cold and had been out for long time....even the coffee. Coffee phong close by had great breakfirst. But a great base for exploring
