The rooms are super spacious and the bed was really good and huge. The lady who runs the hotel with her family is super helpful and wants to show you the best places in the area. I definitely recommend this hotel. And not to forget the breakfast is good too

Не попадайте сюда в дождливый сезон!!!. Ужасная, ужасная гостиница во время дождя. -В номерах от слова совсем нет вентиляции, ни в ванне, ни в комнатах. Поэтому пустыне номера стоят всегда открытые, иначе они не проветриваются. Из-за такой инженерной ошибки во время дождя сильнейшая сырость в помещении, сырая постель, одежда, даже кожаный кошелек у меня стал липкий от непроходящей влажности. С балкона внутрь затекает вода, так как нет должной изоляции, конденсат течет по внутренней померхности стекол. Такой жести я не видела нигде в гостиницах. - Еще один минус: плохая изоляция входных дверей в номерах. Все двери выходят на лестничный пролет, и шум (а ругаются часто - и хозяева, и гости, особенно из Китая, громко кричат) - весь шум и грохот с первого этажа летит вверх по лестничной шахте, отчего в номерах очень шумно. -Из трех ночей получилось хорошо поспать только одну. В остальные дни ранним утром, с 7-00 крики из вестибюля. А в третье утро вообще на крыше работала бетономешалка, там проводились строительные работы и никто даже не извинился за то, что у нас прямо над головами в 7 утра грохотало страшно. Не предупреждали и не снизили стоимость проживания за такое треш. + Из плюсов: сам район тихий, здание отеля в закутке, шума с дороги нет. Персонал очень вежливый, улыбчивый. Чисто. ОООчень удобные кровати и постельные принадлежности. Рядом красивый парк. Можно арендовать скутер (правда, он один, без вариантов). Но все эти плюсы ничто по сравнению с нестерпимой влажностью, когда спать холодно, как на улице, и постоянным шумом. Никому бы не рекомендовала этот отель, вариантов по тоц же цене в Нинь Бине много, и более удобных локаций хотя бы ближе к тур инфраструктуре.

Good hotel and service
The hotel and service are good. The owner is not the best at english, but she is very helpfull and will make you feel comfortable. The hotel is placed in an alley, which might be uncomfortable for some, but we felt safe. Not much else to say. If you want affordable hotel with a nice room and good service, book this hotel.

The owner of O Zoli Home went above and beyond suggesting restaurants organizing my Grab . Very helpful and sweet rented her scooter and she laid out a route and provided a map made everything easy
