I often book hotels on Ctrip and usually don't leave reviews, but this time I have to say a few words. First, the service. The bar staff was unprofessional and a bit indifferent. When I got to bed, I noticed the sheets were wrinkled and hadn't been changed. I called the bar staff, and they firmly said they always booked one room per person, so these issues could be ignored. One thing really stuck with me: the room above us had a central air conditioning unit, and the noise was deafening and my head was buzzing. After a lot of persuasion, they agreed to change rooms, but they still charged me a 30-yuan cleaning fee! Is that fair?
