獨棟小樓，有她的歷史，也幽靜、乾淨。接待小劉同學熱情、周到，孩子們很喜歡。早餐雖然簡單，小鍋出品，很有家的味道。

很少評價，這個確實和價格嚴重不匹配，首先是老闆不在民宿，在西安城裡，打電話過去第一次直接掛斷，第二次很不耐煩樣子，旁邊孩子在鬧。到了民宿之後，路上確實被幽深的環境吸引了，但是進去之後，發現到處處於施工狀態，非常凌亂，房子也很神奇，窗户都是對着山坳，真正環境好的一年是廚房，也就是説，視野非常差。
最最最關鍵的是，毫無服務……，瓶裝礦泉水沒有，插座沒電……搞了半天，沒有電蚊香，找到的是那種煙非常大的點燃的那種。洗漱設備非常簡陋，要知道這是一千多塊錢一晚上啊！
