房間隔音不好，能聽見樓上叮叮鐺鐺。服務不夠專業！退房主動詢問前台地下停車場車怎麼出來。告知直接開出來。車出場需要繳費，打客服電話接通後無人應答。打第二次接通依然無人説話，但是道閘打開了。

華住會的品質還是令人放心；乾濕分離，有外賣機器人。選的窗户靠近過道或走廊，其實酒店中間有一個貫穿6樓的天井，窗户開在天井裡空氣也很清新
