非常好！房間很舒服，冬天調空調温度也不乾燥，温泉也很棒，可惜的是我們來的是冬天，那兩個大泳池温度較低不敢下去。服務一流！由於太滿意了，第二天再訂了一晚！雖然發生一些意外但是處理得當，非常滿意，非常推薦！房間跟照片一致！而且沒有異味，很乾凈，衞生間很大，熱水充足。

房間很新，裝修都有巖畫的文化元素，總的來説住得很滿意。2024年國慶啟用的新樓，文化樓（北樓），300多的價格還有温泉真的性價比高，風景也好，最重要是就在花山巖畫遊客中心對面，非常方便。唯一不好就是温泉谷沒有配套的毛巾、拖鞋和儲物櫃，以上東西都要自己花錢。當然住客可以把房間的毛巾拖鞋帶去，但是這真心折騰，第一次遇到温泉裏沒有配套的。另外，餐廳有點陳舊了，特色菜雞皮果魚件的魚不夠新鮮，眼睛不跳出來的，其他還不錯。

設施，價格，環境都是不錯的，還有温泉加分。但最大的問題是服務，服務太差。
1、取電卡。
媳婦帶孩子泡温泉拿走了房卡，我生病在屋裡。我讓前台送取電卡，前台居然説-你自己下來拿吧。
2、加被子。
媳婦説想架一床被子，給前台打電話，前台居然説-咱們空調有熱風。你要麼説行，要麼説沒了我也理解，你回答有熱風是啥意思？

給父母出行定的房。離花山景區很近。反饋房間比較舊，早飯一般般但也能吃飽，每天衹提供兩瓶免費水。温泉也可以。
