入住這家酒店絕對是一次令人難忘的美好回憶！從踏入大堂的那一刻起，就被温馨的氛圍和貼心的服務所打動。前台工作人員熱情高效，辦理入住手續毫無壓力，甚至主動為我推薦了周邊的景點和餐廳，讓人倍感親切。
房間佈置精緻典雅，整潔度無可挑剔，床品柔軟舒適，睡了一晚好覺！特別喜歡落地窗外的景色，無論是白天的城市繁華還是夜晚的璀璨燈光，都讓人流連忘返。衞浴設施現代化，洗漱用品品質上乘，細節之處盡顯用心。
早餐種類豐富到超出預期，從西式麪包、果汁到中式粥品、點心，應有盡有，而且味道絕佳，為一天的行程注入滿滿活力！酒店的健身房和休閑區也非常乾淨整潔，設施齊全，完全滿足了我晨練的需求。
最讓我印象深刻的是員工的服務態度——無論是前台、客房還是餐廳，每一位工作人員都面帶微笑，耐心細緻，真正做到了“賓至如歸”。特別感謝蒙老師，他的周到幫助讓我的旅程更加順暢。

房間很小，尤其床很硬，彈簧一愣楞的隔得慌，沒有睡好，而且沒有升級房型，我平台顯示已經確認升級了，去了不給商家，用積分換的迎接水果，也木有。就告訴我沒有了。差評服務不好。大廳就環境還可以，帶的自助早餐種類也很少，也不好吃。冷的。

這家花築店住着很舒適，房間還有茶台，前台小姐姐很暖心，也很漂亮，而且還介紹了當地的特色菜，每次出來玩女朋友很注意衞生，他家的衞生還是很乾凈整潔的。智能馬桶消毒殺菌，房間衣架很貼心，出門旅遊一直在住花築，果不其然花築民宿都很特色，從來沒有讓我失望過
