房型和圖片嚴重不符，也不想説了，圖片我拍了，我是因為看了圖才定的房間。
空調空調不會制熱，問了説在維修，問什麼時候修好，前台説不知道。。。本身房間就不朝南，那麼冷的天，白天勉強過得去，晚上呢？
我明明定了6-7樓的房間，剛開始辦入住，不知道因為什麼原因給了我一個4樓的房間。然後我去了房間，門一打開，陰森森，卡插進去都沒有電，怎麼會有前台給一個連電都沒有的房間，而且有這樣的房間存在，無論是前台還是打掃衞生的阿姨都一問三不知。我可是早上10點多到的啊，明明有房間，卻給了我一個最差的，其他帶着小朋友的，比我晚點都了6樓7樓的房間。
然後再來説説這個親子房間，明明攜程上寫了有小童拖鞋，到了卻沒有，還理直氣壯説沒有采購。。。
