環境：酒店依山而建，竹林茂密，房間分佈在不同區域但又確保一定的私密性，環境一級棒👍
服務：我們退房的時候東西有點多，直接讓接送司機把我們送到旁邊的民宿停車場。電話前台告知退房，讓我們把房卡留在房間即可迅速做了退房處理，都不用再去前台大堂辦理。服務人性化👍
設施：設施要稍微提點意見。酒店建的時間也不算很久，但有些設施已經跟不上現在的需求。電視機還是傳統的有線電視，無法投屏；台盆下水道有異味；床頭電源插座搞了個英標的三眼插座，另一邊UPS只有USB插口，幸好帶了幾個不同電源，對只有Type C接口的用户來説不太方便。
整體住宿體驗很棒，適合親子、度假休閑。

娃考完試，正好看到有團購活動，火速定了兩晚過來泡個温泉度個週末。整個酒店在幾個山谷之中，都是小別墅的房型，環境非常好👍進進出出雖然都要靠接駁車，但是很方便速度也很快。温泉不大，但環境不錯。南溪閣早餐豐富精緻。晚餐有點貴，但真的味道很好，菜很精緻。整個服務團隊非常好，管家Amy給了很多熱心建議，我們有什麼需要也是反饋非常快馬上給安排，必須給贊👍還有酒店餐廳的一位服務員，不記得名字了，sue還是啥，第一天幫我們點了餐的那位，非常親切熱情。大堂和接駁車司機也非常好，大冷天很幸苦。但是還有幾個建議需要提一下：温泉之後一個一個浴巾，濕了後沒有乾淨的可以換。希望增加乾淨的可以換的浴巾給客人取用。另外第二天晚上洗澡，因為幾户一起洗，所以水不熱，需要改進，大冷天的差點感冒。還好浴缸的温泉水是熱的，不過也説明浴缸出的真的是温泉水不是洗澡水😂

帶長輩來度假，體驗滿分：房間風景很漂亮，工作人員十分專業熱心，尤其我們的管家hedy消息秒回照顧我們的需求很貼心，司機roger和bob非常熱情親切地照顧長者，泳池酒吧的張阿姨卡布奇諾做得很香，七度旅拍攝影師曉明拍攝也很耐心很出片，其他工作人員比如早餐時餐廳的阿姨和房間的保潔阿姨也會主動攙扶長者和我們打招呼。衞生、洗漱用品的質量和配套設施也絕對配得上五星級標準。非常治癒的一次旅行，以後還會想來。
