ATOUR Hotel, Qinglong West Road, Ningguo Fortune Center

The environment is elegant, cleanliness is top-notch, and the service is just right, making it a truly reassuring stopover for travelers. It's warm and thoughtful, with attention to detail that makes it a worthwhile choice for any trip. I hope that next time I choose Atour, whether it's a new or old location, I'll continue to see the same impeccable cleanliness and excellent service.

The suite I booked was quite spacious, with two bathrooms, which was convenient for staying with children. I drove all morning and arrived at the hotel around 1 PM after lunch, hoping to get some good rest and take a nap before heading out in the cooler evening. However, they told me, "We don't have any available rooms. Check-out is at 2 PM here, so why don't you go out and explore some more?" But my Ctrip reservation clearly showed check-in at 10 AM and check-out at 12 PM. Fine, enduring the exhaustion and the scorching sun, we went out again. We arrived back at the hotel at 3:30 PM, and they said they still needed to inspect the room and we had to wait. We waited for almost another 15 minutes before finally getting the room card and going upstairs. I've never experienced such a late check-in at 3:30 PM in a domestic hotel before. Also, my floor was the same as the restaurant, and after breakfast, smokers would light up while waiting for the elevator. I definitely won't be choosing Atour again.

Went there for the Southern Anhui Sky Road, and overall it was decent. It's a standard Atour property. The service could be improved. The elevator is quite peculiar. I hope all Atour hotels would provide disposable toilet seat covers.

The service was excellent. We didn't have a parking spot, so a staff member even came down to help us find one. Check-in was very quick, and the bedding was as consistently good as ever.

The hotel is new and well-equipped. It's also conveniently located, very close to the east entrance of the South Anhui Sichuan-Tibet Line. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Ningguo!

When checking into Atour, they asked us both to download their app and complete a task for them. While they did give us a small gift, I still found it unacceptable. On the first night, I placed another order to extend our stay in the same room. I left the hotel at 7 AM and requested immediate cleaning, but when I returned around 2 PM, the room hadn't been cleaned. When I asked at the front desk, they said room cleaning usually happens around 2 PM. I waited in the room for another 20 minutes, but no one came to clean it. So, I decided to cancel the order, check out, and find another hotel. The front desk was trying to explain why the room wasn't cleaned on time, but as a guest, I wanted a solution, not an explanation. To this day, I still haven't received my refund. The experience was poor, and the hotel elevators were also very slow and crowded.

The room was very clean and quiet, and the front desk staff were very thoughtful. Next time I come to Ningguo, I'll definitely choose Atour again!

A fantastic stay for a family trip! The environment and service were excellent. There's an EV charging station right across the street, which was incredibly convenient. The hotel's location is also great, perfect for tourists visiting Ningguo as it's ideally situated between the scenic spots and the city center.

The business is so good that the service attitude is mediocre. There's no bottled Atour tea either. Has cost-cutting and efficiency improvement reached this point?
