房間很垃圾，設施和衞生非常惡劣，本人常年出差在外住賓館酒店，這是我訂過最垃圾的房間。定的是特惠豪華大床房，到店裡一看沒有窗户，圖片顯示有窗户，房間詳情裏面並沒有註明沒有窗，問前台説加十塊錢換豪華大床房也就算了，一進門幾十年的煙味撲鼻而來，我是抽煙的都覺得難聞，床頭是破的，地板是破的，隔音也很差，窗簾就跟剛從垃圾堆裏現撿出來裝上的一樣，窗户玻璃臟的不能看，紗窗網眼都讓污垢堵實了，空調出風口那污垢一層，估計從空調安裝好就沒有擦洗過，吹一晚我都怕會得塵肺病肺癌，床單上也不知道是什麼污漬，衞生連五六十塊錢的小旅館都不如，衞生間馬桶和水池的空間稍微胖點的人估計都坐不下去，起來還打到手臂，這樣的房間根本不值這價，我在各大平台全國各地訂的房間不説有上千間也有好幾百間，這是最臟的一家（沒有之一）。
