We were told which rooms were available and no ID card was required to apply for them. There was a security risk. 3. The TV could not be turned on for normal use. There was no remote control. No Towels, no paper towels, no water cups, the toilet seat is broken, the door lock is also broken, there is no water, and the sheets are not clean. 4. The call for help in the middle of the night never gets through. 5. The sound insulation is very poor in the middle of the night. I keep hearing employees going up and downstairs.
