作為這家酒店的老客户，這次體驗真的讓我失望至極！以往還覺得挺好的一直住，這次算是徹底翻車。我訂的電競房，電腦從一開始就狀況不斷，音響發出的噪音尖鋭刺耳，遊戲過程被攪得心煩意亂，更別説操作還特別卡，每點一下鼠標都得等半天反應。
入住前，服務員聯繫我説給免費升級房型，我還挺期待，結果呢，升級竟是因為原定房間電腦有問題，新換的房間依舊逃不過電腦噪音的魔咒，這不是拿顧客當**嗎？房裡該有的礦泉水也不見蹤影，問起來就敷衍説沒貨，衹承諾後續補上，可當下的便利就這麼被忽視了。
更氣人的是服務員的態度，以往的好感全被敗光。出了事不想辦法彌補，還拚命狡辯、推卸責任，一點老客户應得的尊重和優質服務都看不到。這次體驗太差勁，以後選酒店，這家我得慎重考慮了，也勸大家避雷！
