第一次住寧波洲際，房間很大很新，值班經理盧宇很熱心的將我們房間做了升級，整體住的非常舒服，酒店離附近的商城和地鐵也是非常的近 非常方便，早餐也很豐盛 種類繁多也很好吃，下次還會再次選擇。

The hotel front desk was very welcoming. When I checked in, they helped me upgrade the room type. The view from the large floor-to-ceiling windows in the room was really beautiful. The hotel was clean and hygienic, and the facilities were convenient, especially Alice in the lounge. The service was excellent, enthusiastic and efficient. Basically, I was able to respond to any requests. I gave her a big [strong], and every time I needed something, it was delivered in time. I was very satisfied and must give her a good review.
